● The radiopaque clip is intended for hemostasis, endoscopic marking, closure, and anchoring of jejunal feeding tubes. Additionally, it may be used for prophylactic clipping to minimize the risk of delayed bleeding following lesion resection.
Application
Disposable Endoscopic Hemoclips are medical devices inserted into the body through the working channel of an endoscope to clamp blood vessels or tissues for rapid hemostasis. They are primarily used for hemostasis or marking of blood vessels after procedures such as peptic ulcer removal, polyp removal, and submucosal dissection. They detach naturally with body tissue or are removed endoscopically.

Clinical Use
The hemoclip can be placed within the Gastro-intestinal (GI) tract for the purpose of hemostasis for:
Mucosal/sub-mucosal defects < 3 cm
Bleeding ulcers, -Arteries < 2 mm
Polyps < 1.5 cm in diameter
Diverticula in the #colon
This clip can be used as a supplementary method for closure of GI tract luminal perforations < 20 mm or for #endoscopic marking.
