Working Principle:

During urological procedures, the access sheath is introduced into the urinary tract in combination with a dilator, guided by B-ultrasound or X-ray fluoroscopy. Once the desired position is confirmed, the dilator is withdrawn, leaving the sheath in place to establish and maintain a secure passage for the endoscope and instruments. The integrated external negative pressure suction mechanism utilizes the bypass channel to actively aspirate irrigation fluid and stone fragments, maintaining a clear surgical field and reducing intrarenal pressure.
