The hemoclip can be placed within the Gastro-intestinal (GI) tract for the purpose of hemostasis for:
Mucosal/sub-mucosal defects < 3 cm
Bleeding ulcers, -Arteries < 2 mm
Polyps < 1.5 cm in diameter
